General Terms and Conditions for Solorha
1. General 1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers,
orders and agreements that are concluded via our webshop (Solorha).
1.2. By placing an order with the Webshop, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions
conditions.
2. Product information 2.1. We do our utmost to ensure that the product information on the Webshop
to present as completely and accurately as possible.
2.2. Products may differ from the images shown due to, for example,
color settings of your screen or due to changes by the supplier.
3. Order 3.1. Orders can only be placed via the Webshop.
3.2. After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the
details of the order.
4. Payment 4.1. The Webshop offers various payment methods, such as iDEAL, credit card,
PayPal, etc.
4.2. Payment must be made immediately upon ordering, unless otherwise stated.
5. Delivery 5.1. Delivery of products will take place at the customer's specified address,
within the delivery time indicated by the Webshop.
5.2. The Webshop is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as delivery services.
6. Prices and Costs 6.1. All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
6.2. Any shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.
7. Cancellation 7.1. The customer has the right to cancel the order up to the moment of
shipping. After shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.
8. Warranty and Liability 8.1. The Webshop offers a guarantee on the products in
accordance with the law.
8.2. The Webshop is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the
products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
9. Intellectual Property 9.1. All content of the Webshop, including texts, images and
logos, are the property of the Webshop or its licensors and are protected by
intellectual property rights.
10. Privacy 10.1. We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy (see
further).
10.2. The customer has the right to view, correct or delete personal data.


11. Applicable law and disputes 11.1. These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
